Presentation design that your team can keep using
We rebuild existing decks into a consistent, properly constructed system — master slides, real theme colours, reusable layouts — so the next presentation your team makes doesn’t undo the work.
The problem with most corporate decks
They’re not badly designed. They’re accumulated.
A deck starts clean, then someone adds a slide from another deck, then someone pastes a screenshot, then the finance team contributes a table in a different font. Two years later there are five typefaces, four shades of the brand blue, and a company that looks disorganised to anyone reading carefully.
The fix isn’t restyling the current version. It’s building a system: master slides that enforce the rules, a set of layouts covering the things you actually present, and theme colours wired in properly so the next person literally cannot pick the wrong blue.
That’s the difference between a deck that looks good once and a deck that stays looking good.
What’s included

- Audit and plan — we come back with what we’d change structurally, not just visually.
- Direction slides — five slides showing the new system.

- Two revision rounds.
- Handover — deck, template file, usage guide.

FAQ
How much does PowerPoint design cost?
Presentation redesign starts at $500 for decks up to 20 slides, with larger decks priced from $1,400. A template system alone, without rebuilding an existing deck, starts at $400. Small jobs can be priced per slide at $25 per slide.
What’s the difference between presentation design and pitch deck design?
Pitch deck design is narrative-first: we restructure the argument before designing, because an investor deck lives or dies on sequence. Presentation design is system-first: we take content that’s largely settled and rebuild it into a consistent, reusable slide system. Decks that need both are quoted as a pitch deck project.
Will my team be able to make new slides that match?
Yes — that’s the point of the master slides and template file. New slides built from the template inherit the correct fonts, colours and spacing automatically. We include a one-page guide and, on request, a short recorded walkthrough for whoever maintains the deck.
Can you work in Google Slides or Keynote instead of PowerPoint?
Yes. We build natively in whichever your team uses. PowerPoint and Google Slides have different template mechanics, so we build for the target platform rather than converting at the end, which is where most cross-platform decks break.
Can you redesign a deck without changing the content?
Yes. If the content is fixed — approved by legal, agreed by a committee, whatever the reason — we’ll rebuild it visually and leave the words alone. We’ll still flag anything we think is working against you, but the decision is yours.

If your deck’s problem is the argument rather than the styling, start with pitch deck design. For the leave-behind version, see one-pager design. If the deck is inconsistent because the brand itself is, brand identity design solves the root cause.
