Social media managed against outcomes, not follower count
Strategy, content, posting and community management on the platforms where your buyers actually are — with reporting that connects activity to enquiries rather than to vanity metrics.
Most social media reporting measures the wrong thing
Follower growth, impressions and engagement rate are easy to report and easy to improve without affecting the business at all. You can double engagement by posting more questions. It changes nothing.
The questions worth answering are: is social bringing people to the site, are those people doing anything when they arrive, and is the audience growing in the segment that actually buys from you. Those are harder to move and harder to report, which is exactly why most reporting avoids them.
We set up the measurement to answer those questions first, then build the content plan around what the numbers say is working.
The other thing we do differently: fewer platforms, done properly. Most small businesses spread themselves across five platforms and are mediocre on all of them. Two platforms with real consistency beats five with occasional activity, and we’ll tell you which two.

FAQ
How much does social media management cost?
Managed social media starts at $700 per month for a single platform and $1,200 per month for two to three platforms. A one-off content strategy, if you want to execute in-house, starts at $400. Community management can be added from $250 per month.
How many times a week should we post?
It depends on platform and format, but consistency matters more than frequency. Three strong posts a week sustained for a year beats daily posting for two months followed by silence. LinkedIn rewards three to five posts a week; Instagram tolerates more; TikTok rewards volume most directly. We’ll set a cadence you can actually maintain.
Which platforms should my business be on?
Fewer than you’re currently on, most likely. B2B services usually get most of their return from LinkedIn. Visual and consumer products from Instagram and TikTok. Local businesses from Facebook and Instagram. We audit where your audience actually engages and recommend concentrating there rather than maintaining a presence everywhere.
Do you write the posts and make the graphics?
Yes, both. Copy is written by Noman for each platform specifically rather than cross-posted, and graphics are designed by Saif. Having the designer in the same team means the visual quality doesn’t degrade as volume increases, which is where most managed social programmes fail.
How do you measure whether social media is working?
We report reach and engagement because you’ll want to see them, but we lead with what matters: traffic to your site from social, what those visitors do when they arrive, enquiries attributed to social, and whether the audience is growing in the segment that buys from you. If those aren’t moving, the report says so rather than highlighting a better-looking metric.
Do you handle negative comments?
Yes, within an agreed policy. We’ll set escalation rules with you upfront — what we respond to directly, what gets a holding reply, and what comes straight to you. Speed matters in social complaints, so a clear policy set in advance is worth more than a good response made slowly.
