Google Ads managed on a flat fee, with the tracking fixed first
Search, Shopping, Performance Max and remarketing. We audit your measurement before touching your budget, because optimising toward a conversion definition that was never right makes things worse faster.
What we check before we change anything
Is the conversion data real? Duplicate conversion events, form submissions firing on page load, “conversions” defined as clicks on a button that leads nowhere, broken cross-domain tracking. In a meaningful share of accounts we audit, the numbers being optimised toward are wrong in at least one of these ways.
Is the account structure explicable? Inherited accounts accumulate campaigns nobody can now justify, paused ad groups nobody deleted, and audience lists built for a strategy that ended two years ago. We’d rather restructure than patch.
What is search terms data actually showing? Broad match plus automated bidding sends traffic to queries that would never have been chosen deliberately. The search terms report is the most useful document in any account and the least frequently read.
Is the landing page the actual problem? Frequently, yes. Qualified traffic arriving at a page that loses it will look identical to an ad targeting problem in the reports. It’s cheaper to fix and almost nobody checks it first.

FAQ
How much does Google Ads management cost?
Management starts at $500 per month plus your ad spend, which you pay directly to Google. We charge a flat fee regardless of budget, never a percentage. A one-off account build and launch costs $600, and tracking setup $300. We recommend a minimum ad spend of $1,000 per month for managed campaigns to be worthwhile.
Why don’t you charge a percentage of ad spend?
Because it creates a conflict in every budget conversation. If our fee rises with your spend, our advice to increase budget is never entirely disinterested — and you shouldn’t have to weigh that up each time. A flat fee means our recommendation to cut a campaign costs us nothing.
What’s a good minimum budget for Google Ads?
Around $500 per month in media for most sectors. Below that, two things go wrong: the management fee takes too large a share of total spend, and the account doesn’t generate enough conversion volume for automated bidding to learn from. Very high-value sectors can work with less; competitive ones need more.
How long before Google Ads starts working?
Campaigns typically launch within 7 working days and generate usable data in the first week. Automated bidding needs roughly two to four weeks and a meaningful number of conversions to stabilise. Accounts with low conversion volume take longer. We’ll estimate your specific timeline at the audit stage rather than quoting a generic figure.
Can you take over our existing account?
Yes, and it’s a large part of what we do. We audit first and give you written findings before changing anything. Usually we restructure rather than patch, because inherited accounts carry layers of decisions nobody can now explain. You keep full ownership of the account throughout — we’re added as a user.
Do you write the ads?
Yes. Ad copy is written by Noman and tested systematically rather than set once. Where a campaign needs display or video creative, Saif produces it, which means a failing creative test produces replacements in days.
Should I run Google Ads or invest in SEO?
Usually both, for different reasons. Paid gives you answers in weeks and buys traffic for exactly the terms you choose; SEO takes months and then produces traffic you don’t pay for per click. Running paid first is also the cheapest way to find out which keywords actually convert before committing six months of SEO effort to earning them.
