The channel you own, working properly
No algorithm sits between you and your list. Campaigns, lifecycle automation, segmentation and the deliverability work that decides whether any of it arrives.
Automation beats campaigns, and it isn’t close
A broadcast campaign reaches your list once, when you happened to send it. An automated sequence reaches every person at the moment that’s right for them — the day they signed up, the week they abandoned a cart, the month their engagement started declining.
Per email sent, automated flows typically generate multiples of what broadcast campaigns do. And once built, they run without ongoing effort.
Most businesses have this backwards: significant effort into a monthly newsletter, a welcome sequence that’s either absent or three years old. Fixing that order is usually the single highest-return thing available in the channel.
Second point: deliverability is invisible until it isn’t. You can run a technically excellent email programme that lands in spam. Authentication, list hygiene, sending reputation and engagement-based segmentation decide this, and they’re checked far less often than subject lines are agonised over.

FAQ
How much does email marketing management cost?
Ongoing email marketing starts at $400 per month, covering campaigns, automation maintenance and reporting. A one-off automation build starts at $900, or $250 for a single flow. A deliverability audit and fix costs $300, and platform migration from $500.
Why are my emails going to spam?
Usually one of four things: missing or misconfigured authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), sending to unengaged contacts who never open, sudden volume increases from a new sending domain, or content patterns that trigger filters. It’s diagnosable — we run a deliverability audit that identifies which applies and what order to fix them in.
How often should I email my list?
More often than you think, and consistently. Most businesses under-send out of a fear of unsubscribes that rarely materialises — and infrequent sending actively harms deliverability, because inbox providers treat irregular senders with suspicion. Weekly is a reasonable baseline for most lists; ecommerce can go higher. The real question is whether each send is worth opening.
What’s the difference between campaigns and automated flows?
Campaigns are one-off sends to a segment at a time you choose. Flows are automated sequences triggered by a person’s behaviour — signing up, abandoning a cart, going quiet. Flows almost always generate more revenue per email because they arrive at a moment when the person is already thinking about you. Most businesses over-invest in campaigns and under-invest in flows.
Which email platform should I use?
Klaviyo for ecommerce, where its segmentation and revenue attribution are genuinely better. HubSpot or ActiveCampaign for B2B with a sales process attached. ConvertKit for creators and publishers. Mailchimp or Brevo for simpler needs at lower cost. We’ll recommend based on what you’re actually doing rather than what we prefer to work in — and we’ll say when your current platform is fine and migrating is a distraction.
Can you design the email templates?
Yes. Templates are designed by Saif and built to render correctly across the major email clients — which is a real constraint, since email rendering is considerably less forgiving than web. We build reusable modular templates so your team can assemble new emails without design work.
