What to include in your brief

You don’t have to have any of this ready — but including it means a faster and more accurate quote.

For design projects: what the piece is for, who sees it, how many slides or pages, any brand guidelines or existing files, the deadline, and an example of something you like (and ideally one you don’t).

For SEO projects: your website URL, what you sell and to whom, which locations you serve, what you’ve already tried, and access to Google Analytics and Search Console if you can share it.

For marketing projects: which channels you’re running now, roughly what you’re spending, what you’re measuring, and what “working” would look like in numbers.

What happens after you hit send

• Fast reply — one of us replies, by name. If we need to understand something better, we’ll ask everything in that one message rather than over a week.
• Within one working day — you get a written scope: exact deliverables, formats, revision rounds, delivery date and a fixed price.
• You decide. No follow-up sequence, no discount that appears on day five. If you come back later, the conversation picks up where it left off.

FAQ

How quickly will I get a response?

We aim to reply within one working day, and you’ll have a full written scope and fixed price shortly after sending your brief. If we’re at capacity and can’t start when you need, we’ll tell you in that first reply rather than letting you wait.

Do I need to book a call to get a quote?

No. Send a written brief through the form or by email and we’ll return a scope and price without a call. Many of our projects run entirely asynchronously. If you’d prefer to talk it through, let us know and we’ll arrange a time that suits your timezone.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, before you share anything sensitive. Send yours over or ask for ours. A meaningful share of our work is confidential — white-label delivery for agencies, pre-announcement fundraise materials — and we’re used to it.

What if my budget is small?

Tell us the number. We’ll either scope something that fits it, tell you honestly what a smaller version would achieve, or point you to a better-suited option. We’d rather give you a useful answer than a polite non-reply.

Can I see examples before committing?

Yes. Our published work is at /work, and we’ll send relevant private samples on request — including ones we can’t publish — under NDA where needed.
